1. Pairing Basics - The Pairing Basics section provides you with the correlation of the axial skeleton, spinal vertebra, and the seven main chakras as a foundation.
2. Spinal Energetics Expanded - The physical body encompasses the physical matter, mental thoughts, emotions/feelings, and the spirit. In the previous section, Pairing Basics, it’s covered how the physical body locations correlate with the seven main chakras. In the Spinal Energetics Expansion section the physical body, mental thoughts, emotions/feelings, and spirit categories will be expanded upon for each chakra.
